Pierre Walter provides non-clinical coaching, performance, and subconscious-change services. Our services are designed for personal development, clarity, decision-making, habit change, and performance improvement.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition, including PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, or addiction. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition or medical concern, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before engaging our services.

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
• You are not currently experiencing a psychotic episode, severe mental illness, or are under the influence of substances
• You understand the non-clinical nature of these services
• You are engaging voluntarily and of your own free will

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. By booking a session, you agree to:

• Attend at the agreed time and provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule
• Ensure you have a private, quiet environment and a stable internet connection
• Engage honestly and openly to get the best outcomes from the work

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we believe our services are not appropriate for your needs, at our sole discretion.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. We will always endeavour to accommodate genuine emergencies with compassion.

Payment terms, pricing, and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. By making payment, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us directly to discuss.

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, guides, and resources — is the intellectual property of Pierre Walter and Pierre Walter Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Our services are provided "as is". While we are committed to delivering high-quality sessions, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Results vary between individuals and depend on your engagement, commitment, and circumstances.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Pierre Walter and Pierre Walter Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We treat all session content as strictly confidential. In turn, we ask that you respect the privacy of any group settings or shared content and not record sessions without our explicit written consent.

If you provide a testimonial or review, you grant us permission to use it on our website and marketing materials. We will always request your consent before doing so, and you may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
